The CDTS team works closely with sales, solutions and legal teams to help shape complex, large value deals. CDTS also works on building new businesses such as joint ventures, operating companies and alliances as well as providing financial expertise on our acquisition opportunities. Typical deal structures incorporate innovative financial solutions and sophisticated pricing and risk management concepts to address client business needs. CDTS professionals act as independent business advisors to the sales team as these deal structures are being developed and are accountable for the financial quality of bids.CDTS provides analytical support for all of Accenture’s largest opportunities – including dynamic modeling to support the pricing and commercial approach with regards to the client value proposition. CDTS is also responsible for preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows supporting client engagement in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards.

Provide finance start-up and integration activities for all North America based ventures and acquisitions. Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Evaluate and improve revenue/cost levers, free cash flow, inventory/receivables management to increase probability on a per-client basis across acquired business model.- Map acquired financials across multiple businesses and geographic entities within Accenture.- Create precise and tailored reporting to gauge health and probability of acquired business within Accenture's financial model.- Provide implementation of acquired financials into Accenture standard systems.- Package and deliver newly stabilized business model to Accenture finance support staff for long-term administration.
