• First point of contact to resolve customer queries and technical issues in regards to Hydrogen Electrolyser Station across the world• Producing data trends and analysing to identify and determine ongoing station issues. Also preventing alarms occurring by analysing the data before such alarms occur• 24/7 monitoring of Hydrogen Electrolyser Stations – escalating any serious issues to the relevant senior managers, closing down stations which are beyond remote repair and requires engineer site attendance.• Booking on/off engineers and contractors from site for the H&S aspect and to make sure if they are lone working that they are being check on every hour.• Supporting the senior leadership team by creating Standard Operating Procedures & Emergency Action Plans.• Supporting engineers with remote assistance and monitoring system status to limit the downtime and cost.

• Supporting the production of Waste Water monitoring products• Building, calibrating and thoroughly testing a wide range of electronic flow and level measurement equipment• Repairing and conducting maintenance work on products including rectifying physical and electrical faults – this could be replacing wiring/cables, replacing the plastic enclosures or replacing electronic components• Quality checking all products to ensure they are compliant with industry standards such as ATEX Regulations 2016 SI 1107 and MCERTS• Using electrical powered hand tools such as drills, jigsaw, including safe operation of bench tools, i.e. bench drill, and abrasive wheels.• Carrying out regular cleaning and tidying of workspaces and the workshop, ensuring there is adequate space to work safely• Carrying out Health and Safety checks around the workshop, mitigating any issues and escalating when required• Ensuring products are built and fully tested to meet the demanding timescales of customers and field engineers, prioritising my own workload and also working as part of a team• Using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Access to write product reports and create and update procedures along with Outlook for communicating with peers and customers

• Installing and thoroughly testing insurance black boxes onto vehicles ranging from cars to Heavy Goods Vehicles• Connecting Automotive Telematic black boxes into vehicle electronic wiring and conducting quality checks and a final inspection to meet company requirements. • Conducting repairs and maintenance on AT black boxes within vehicles – this included replacing electrical parts, repairing connections and full box replacements.• Working independently, solely responsible for problem solving and thinking outside of the box to ensure a ‘right first time’ installation• Conducting Health & Safety checks, ensuring I wore adequate Personal Protective Equipment and adhering to the company Health & Safety policy• When required, working as part of a team carrying out larger jobs – working to tight timescales and working confidently under pressure• Inputting job information into company systems using an I-Pad, using bespoke systems and Microsoft Office• Liaising with customers to keep them updated regarding their installation or service visit – keeping in regular communication and providing high quality customer service via phone, email and face to face
