I coordinate the delivery of step change improvements on the Ringway Jacobs Essex Highways contract where I am responsible for over £5 million of annual savings to Essex County Council. I also lead and support teams in identifying, prioritising and delivering innovative new ways of working and continuous improvements.I identify and partner with key technology providers to develop solutions to transform the delivery of highway maintenance services in the UK.I possess extensive analytical skills and am a proficient user of Excel and Power BI to present easy to understand complex information to organisation leaders and clients. I also have an in depth knowledge of Geographic Information Systems and have led the implementation of extensive use of web mapping in Essex.I am extensive user of technology and have designed, developed and project managed the delivery of new systems from inception thorugh to maturity. I constantly seek to utilise technology to improve processes to save time and improve quality.I also have over eight years experience as a Transport Planner, where I have delivered a broad range of projects, including a wide variety of stakeholder management, authoring cycling strategies, delivering area based personal travel planning initiatives and designing and delivering bespoke data collection activities.
