As a Technical Lead within the US Navy I was Directly In charge of 60 entry level employees otherwise known as junior sailors within my primary division and department on a US Aircraft Carrier manned by over 5000 people.My Duties Include but do not excede counseling and mentoring junior personnel in the day to day activites as being apart of the Aircraft launch and Recovery division on board the USS Nimitz. I was heavily involved in Preventative and Corrective Maintenance and held a position within my work center that only 4 other people obtained out of 60 people. I directly assisted and controlled the process of launching over 8000 aircraft with 10000 following aircraft landing on board the USS Nimitz during my Tenur Between 2011-2015 I have been on one 9 in a half Deployment making tours to all of southeast asia and making an extensive 4 month stay in the persian gulf supporting the incursion of missle strikes on syria back in 2013. One of my most proud of and hardest to obtain qualifications within the US Navy is my Top Secret Security clearance and Collateral Duty Inspector qualifications that allows me to Interpret US Navy Tech pubs and pms cards and ensure all maintenance done within my field of responsiblity gives me the qualification to give the final inspection on all maintenance performed.
