Network Monitoring Analyst
- Regional management system support for CISCO networks and Juniper Security Networks.-Basic troubleshooting of DHCP, SMNP, IpConfig, PPPoE, Cloud, ATM, Ring, VOIP, BGP, Telnet, and application support following the OSMI.
- Use GCARS as a reference for any changes.
- Use Neteiss for contact and network device information
- Document all problems using USD, CPMT, or appropriate ticketing system.Incident Management:
- Respond to network related outages on multiple customer networks, either detected via network monitoring tools or escalated by the customer or other lines of service
- Work with carriers, ISPs, and customer contacts to troubleshoot and resolve problems
