With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have successfully led and managed the hotel operations and accounting functions of multiple hotels. As the Director of Accounting & Operations at Holladay Hospitality Group, I oversaw the financial performance and reporting of 7 properties, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. I also partnered with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and operational improvements. Previously, I was the Director of Operations and Revenue Management at JSK Hospitality, where I was responsible for maximizing the revenue and occupancy of 10 hotels, as well as overseeing the daily operations and guest satisfaction. I have strong skills in profit and loss analysis, revenue management, budgeting, auditing, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering excellence in hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and staff.
