A social enterprise founded to explore how accessible mobile technology could be used to provide the homeless with useful tools that could improve their day to day lives.

Worked closely with development and product teams to lead commercial and technical proposition for a GSM/WiFi voice & data convergence mobile app (flipping your call between mobile data and WiFi connections). Developed multiple propositions for consumer and MVNO markets and compiled extensive competitor analysis and a user testing programme to optimise subsequent developments.

Ownership of all customer insight requirements across all Muzicall's pan-European managed service Mobile Network Operator accounts.Responsibility for the improvement of marketing and product development strategies to increase acquisition efficiency, retention and maximise ARPU.

Managed the framework of the Blyk brand in the UK and the design and execution of consumer and trade focused brand & communications activities. Specialised in Music partnerships (Artist and Label)

Management of the Field Marketing channel of customer acquisition relied on by this award-winning new-media startup to deliver 100K16-24 yearold cusomers in its first year. Managed over 200 promotional staff per day. Delivered connections target 4 months early and within budget plus an additonal 100K customers within the year making Blyk the UKs fastest growing youth media.

3 Mobile Account Manager at this youth broadcaster and experiential agency. Managed the 3 First Cut Awards, a year-round unsigned music campaign for 3 Mobile. Running for two years, it involved over 1000 acts and two live tours presenting 30 live acts at venues throughout the UK.

An International artist booking agency and promotional company representing over 40 acts from bothe the UK and US. Represented Grand Central Records (UK) and Ubiquity Records (US) amongst others. Booking over 500 club, concert and festival bookings each year.
