Career retail leasing and brokerage professional with 20+ years of experience representing and advising a wide variety of shopping center tenant and landlord clients, from small local businesses to large anchor tenants like TJ Maxx and Whole Foods. Since joining the company in 2006, I have built relationships with retailers, brokers, internal stakeholders, regional developers and national tenants across a broad spectrum of categories and price points to drive value for landlord and tenant clients. I have developed subject matter expertise in use analyses and market analysis as well as demographic research, leasing strategy involving merchandising mix at shopping centers, canvassing for retailers, and building relationships that drive new leases and significant shopping center value for client retail portfolios. Earlier in my career I gained hands-on experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. I represented national and regional retail tenants for site selection and lease negotiations. During the ten years prior to joining The Rapport Companies, I completed in excess of $20 Million in leasing transactions and generated over $2.4 Million in long term lease transactions in one year.
