Hello, I'm Will Davies, a Band 7 Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinical Developmental Specialist working for the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. I work in a MSK outpatient department managing my own caseload alongside supervising and developing colleagues within our team and the wider trust. Other responsibilities include presenting MSK content at study days and webinars, and undertaking rotations in our MSK specialist services. I also have experience in the private practice MSK sector and professional football. Some key milestones in my career include being the first NHS Band 7 clinician from a BASRaT background, completing a service improvement project within the trust on exercise rehab referrals and conducting student MSK physiotherapy placement assessments (previously only those from a physiotherapy background could complete these).
