As Deloitte Global Tax & Legal Leader, I am responsible for the market leading Tax & Legal practice of 11 billion net revenue and over 56,000 employees. My main responsibilities are growing the practice while securing and enhancing the value of the brand. I previously led Tax & Legal in Deloitte Netherlands for seven years and served in various Dutch leadership roles including Corporate Strategy Officer and CFO Program Leader. I also held several regional leadership roles as well for Deloitte North South Europe (NSE), including serving as a member of the Executive Board. During my 25-year tenure at Deloitte, I’ve worked with Tax Directors, CFOs, and CEOs of many large multinational companies to advise them in all fields of international corporate tax, with a focus on restructuring, divestments, and tax department organization in the consumer business industry.
