I was tasked with the design, improvement and implementation of the electronics manufacture and testing processes. My responsibilities included:-Controlling the process to minimise defects.-Identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives, I identified savings of ZAR 4.5 million through process improvement initiatives in the circuit board assembly line-Designing mechatronic solutions for the process engineering team, I initiated the in­house design of test jigs, a first for the company

Vice-Primarius is second-in-command in the student management and leadership structure of a residence, managing the student leaders and communicating with the House were my primary responsibilities, I was also the safety official and welcoming program coordinator.

The House Comitee is the student body responsible for the management of a residence, in this case Eendrag Men's Residence. It is both a management and leadership role and I was required to organise social functions (formal and informal dances) and critically engage as the member in charge of policy.
