I was responsible for creating business plans for new and existing relationships on their mobile strategies. These plans resulted in a advice for mobile solutions such as native or web applications for smart phones and tablets. I did this for companies such as Emesa, Tjiezi and Canon.

Videofix is a custom video solution for companies to explain their business in 60 seconds. The challenge was to build an attractive business case for creating a custom video solution which would help drive online sales. This was my first role as a full entrepreneur responsible for managing a team of designers and directors, finding new sustainable clients and reporting to my investors. In the first year I realized without any sales training a turnover of € 100K. After the first year TOHARU-Ventures decided to merge Videofix into Mobile Generation.
