I have extensive coaching experience working across a considerable number of ages (7 to 21 years old) and varying skillsets. Working with elite youth athletes in my previous roles as physical performance coach at Birmingham City FC, Sheffield Wednesday FC & Chippenham Town FC. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of session delivery, athlete engagement, and program individualisation. I have demonstrated my ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively with colleagues, lead the supervision and development of placement students, and implement best practices in sport scienceMy academic background includes an MSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Science and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Sciences, ensuring that I possess the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to program development and implementation. Furthermore, I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, demonstrated through my certifications with the British Association of Sport & Exercise Science and The Football Association.I am always eager to learn and continually develop as a practitioner and as a person.
