Throughout my years of experience in the real estate industry I have adapted and undertaken a multitude of roles. Initially beginning as a letting clerk for First National Pyrmont it was here I obtained a sound client relationship skillset. Effectively selling our services and stock to both tenants and owners alike. Confidence in my ability to undertake my appointed roles and communicate with our clients grew which in turn resulted in the attainment of new business. From there I progressed into a property management role. This involved undertaking the management of a portfolio of over 120 properties. In this position I learnt valuable conflict resolution skills, how to prioritise my time managment effectively, how to assess and action repairs, how prepare tenancy agreements and the many facets of trust account such as taking and disbursing rental amounts and generating ledgers.In February, 2018 I made the move to McGrath Estate Agents as a senior portfolio manager. This change involved undertaking extensive training through McGrath's internal programs which in turn have helped further develop my skillset. In April 2018 I was entrusted a large VIP Portfolio to manage within McGrath. This large portfolio spans from the Sydney's North Shore to North Sydney and required my upmost focus, attention to detail and serviceability to upkeep. In July 2020 I was offered a Sales Associate role within the high performing McManus Group within McGrath Estate Agents. July 2022 we made the move across to the largest and most powerful brand in Australian Real Estate, Ray White. The prestige and technology behind this brand has allowed our team to service clients all across the Lower North Shore.
