As the Senior Field Service and Application Engineer my role is to oversee the implementation, configuration, and deployment of business-critical applications. This heavily includes the customisation of our applications to meet the unique requirements of our end users.To provide top level technical support and maintenance for core business applications while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations for both internal and external stakeholders. As well as implementing system enhancements, updates, and upgrades ensuring high system availability and optimal performanceTo develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users and stakeholders. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.Ensure seamless integration between various applications and platforms whilst managing data migration, data integrity, and data security across all systems. As well as lead and manage all application-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives. This includes coordinating cross-functional external teams to achieve project goals.

Technical product expert for the Asia/Pacific region providing all technical maintenance and integration services for external and internal stakeholders both locally and internationally. Respond to all field service calls through the MMS with the ability to prioritize and self-manage ensuing responsibilities. Service and maintain large network integrated systems that use mechanical components as well as PLC’s to perform tasks. Perform service jobs down to component level on integrated circuit boards. Work closely with R&D teams to help in the continual development of software applications through reporting of identified re-occurring issues within the company’s product catalogue.
