I am currently a Client Relationship Manager for Valligent Technologies, after previously serving as a Real Estate Analyst for the company. My primary job responsibility is to maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients, ensure all their daily needs and challenges in regards to their orders are met, and work with them on any new possible business opportunities. As a Real Estate Analyst, my primary job responsibility was to review residential appraisals and other analytical documents to ensure quality for our clients. This includes analyzing the appraiser's work for errors or unsupported adjustments, analyzing properties for unreported adverse factors, verifying that the appraisal's conclusion is supported by other similar comparables in the area, and much more. In addition, I also provide valuation services to our clients by completing residential desktop valuations for homes undergoing a purchase, refinance, home equity, or other transaction in accordance with Appraisal Regulation Guidelines.

My primary job responsibility as a Credit Analyst was to analyze credit worthiness and risks associated with commercial, commercial real estate, and high net worth borrowers. This process includes thorough analysis of our borrowers’ financial information, background, management capabilities, industry, and overall keys risks & mitigating factors associated with each loan. In addition to credit underwriting, I manage an existing bank portfolio of $50+ million comprised of more than 30 borrowing relationships. This role includes monitoring existing relationships periodically, satisfying various customer deposit/credit needs and detecting any adverse changes or new risks related to each loan.
