As Director of Sales and Marketing - International, I look after our European office locations and all global partnerships and alliances outside of the Americas. My role was to manage corporate tenders, consultant business and all main contractor enquiries. This involves the project management of the tender response process, mid-bid presentations and ensuring AVM are in the best position to win the project. On contract award, I am also responsible for ensuring the commercial success of the project through close management with the professional team, and our Project Management process.
