I currently am interning at NextGen Aeronautics learning all about the needed skills and requirements that go into the production of UAVs. I cannot wait to continue my work with NextGen all throughout the rest of 2022 and 2023!

I work at the moment in a demanding work environment, getting all orders completed and keeping the store organized is a necessity. I am used to handling over 200 orders a day with contractors that include local and large businesses. The frequent times of assisting in loading alongside freight workers and specialized associates is a task. By the start of my position I have already excelled alongside my peers, by utilizing my past workplaces and skills I have been recognized in my field. I have been offered to move to many of the even more demanding positions that specialize in hardware, freight, and even forklift-operation.

Working at Little Ceasers was a very demanding work environment. Being tasked with completing over 300 orders a night atop of physically challenging duties was of utmost priority. I took pride in accomplishing my tasks on-time and with exceptional quality. By working long hours, I demonstrated that I could cover most positions and master the skill of multitasking in a demanding workplace.

In my experience working for Cafe Rio I have acquired much more experience in the realm of the fast-food industry, this being built off my previous skills already learned. I held the position as a line cook for the main food assembly area, as well as being able to handle working with fast-paced & time crunching to-go orders. With being able to work late hours, my General Manager has recognized that I am able to handle my own in stress-inducing situations with limited time. With exceptional customer service etiquette, my co-workers can always rely on me to help with quelling a frustrated customer to helping diners with any problem my fellow crew mates are too busy to handle. Able to lift and move fairly heavy objects when need be, I have been praised for being kind and helpful to my crew and managers on-site.

My position at Wendy's was a very fruitful learning experience since it was my first official position working in the fast food industry. Through my year working under the wing of my supervisors, I learned how to manage multiple positions that require hands-on work. This is accounting for whether it be for handling food properly, to handling customer possessions such as cash and cards. So far in that year, I know how to properly operate a grill and pressure fryer, prepare food such as sandwiches and salads, and importantly take orders and complete them at the pick-up window.
