Supply Chain/Fulfillment Systems: Performed dual role of Project Manager and Technical Lead across multiple simultaneous projects to ensure consistency in design, encourage reuse, eliminate redundancy, and coordinate testing. Managed relationship with business partners to assure the IT team is meeting business needs both today and in the future.

Customer Service Systems: Led the analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of several large-scale projects and many smaller projects and enhancements. Provided technical leadership, guidance, and best practices to be used during all phases of the project lifecycle, specifically in the areas of customer relationship management and order capture. Conducted user interviews, analyzed functional requirements, and prepared detailed analysis and design documentation. Assigned tasks, monitored progress and reviewed work for a team of up to 12 developers. Created, promoted and enforced coding guidelines and standards for the largest distributed, web-based system in QVC history

Managed business areas including Fraud Risk Evaluation, Credit Card Chargebacks, and Qcard (QVC Credit Card) handling. Duties included but were not limited to Yearly Personnel Development and Evaluation, generation of management reports, monthly quality review of representative’s efforts, creation of training materials, and functional requirements for supporting systems
