My primary focus as BDM is on ensuring the company adheres to the essential NDIS policies and procedures. I am actively involved in preparing the company for NDIS audits, which includes developing residential risk assessments, client risk assessments, activity risk assessments, supervision forms, medication authorization documentation, and establishing connections with external stakeholders.

Senior Client Liaison.Facilitated the supervision of a team consisting of four client liaisons.Served as the intermediary for over 40 clients within the organisation, functioning as the primary contact for their respective allied health professionals, NDIS coordinators, family members, and support workers.Organised and conducted meetings with essential stakeholders connected to each client's NDIS plan, as well as coordinated and conducted training sessions for support workers to ensure they possessed the necessary skills for their roles. Participated in diverse networking events to boost business promotion and foster positive relationships with other companies.
