While in this position, I served & supported Ford Motor Company Clients and FordDirect’s internal OEM Engagement Team. My main priorities with Ford Motor Company included: Ford Blue Advantage (CPO), National Sales Events (Ford Truck Month, Summer Sales Event, Year End Sales Event), Tier 1 - Tier 3 Leads and Ford Dealer Co-Op.

During my time in the field I would perform FordDirect Digital Reviews covering the following processes & services: Websites, Google SEM/SEO, Social Media, Reputation Management, Sales & Service Lead Management, CRM, Physical & Digital Mailer Communications, Internal Ford Dealer Network Services, Google My Business, YouTube, & Facebook. I am comfortable in consulting key sales & service dealership personnel on their digital lead management strategy to improve profit within their local market area. I also supported this subset of Boston region dealers with any technical issues and questions that may occur during their investment with or without FordDirect products & services. I used the following programs on a daily basis: Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Google, Facebook.

During my time in this position I co-developed and executed FordDirect’s communication strategy via our internal product marketing database to serve & inform our FordDirect Field Team across the country. Before being promoted, I started to compile a cross-company marketing calendar to inform the FordDirect Field Team of Ford Motor Company, Lincoln Motor Company, and FordDirect marketing campaigns. I guided our FordDirect Field Team members through franchised Ford & Lincoln dealer transactions (AKA - Buy/Sells) to ensure a strong digital transition for the new ownership. During this role I built strong relationships with FordDirect Field Team members who taught me so much about the industry for my future promotion.Projects that I was proud to be apart of:Product Source Guide - This project was to modernize an outdated document that was intended to help all departments in the organization to successfully launch products & initiatives. My teammate from another department and I led the charge to update this document so that it would promote a consistent process across departments and ensure successful launches of new products. This document was later implemented for existing products and was used to capture the features, benefits, pricing updates, product enhancements, etc. all in one centralized place. We led bi-weekly meetings across the following departments: Technology, Product, Marketing, OEM relations, Dealer Support, EPMO & Field Operations. Launch of Internal Product/Field Team Database - Our organization launched a new platform where we would house all product marketing materials, enhancements, dealer & corporate communications, pricing information and calendars. My team, Field Operations, worked together to create a place for our FordDirect Field Team to feel comfortable finding information, engaging with peers, sharing ideas and asking questions.

This was my first role with FordDirect coming directly from Northwood University after graduation in May 2017. I started to develop and execute FordDirect’s product & strategy communication plan to our 90+ member remote field team. My focus was to assist our Product, Dealer Support, and Field teams to help serve our Ford & Lincoln dealers in selling and servicing more vehicles through the digital space! Whether I was working with dealers, vendors, Ford Motor Company, Lincoln Motor Company, or internal FordDirect teams, I always strived to bring energy and positivity with every interaction. I was able to assist other key team members of our Field Operations team in the onboarding expansion of our FordDirect Field Team which grew by roughly 40-60 heads over the course of a couple years.

I was responsible for reaching out to prospective students of Northwood University, via telephone, and answer any questions they may have about the university. The focus was to connect prospective students with their Northwood University Admissions Representatives who covered specific territories of high schools across the country. During this time I was also fortunate enough to give tours of the beautiful Northwood University campus to prospective high school students and families.

While interning at the Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Superstore, I constructed marketing schemes with vendors on platforms such as: SEO, social media, television, radio, & print. I also organized client sponsored events such as: The Monroe County Fair, 18 Aces to Cure Cancer Golf Outing, and the Monroe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Superstore 50th Anniversary event. When it came to dealership meetings, I was responsible for auditing numerous vendor reports for return on investment. I learned how to engage with vehicle shoppers in-person, over the phone, chat conversations & emails.

I was responsible for communicating Northwood University information, events, and various subject matters on social media platforms. Our team utilized Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, and Periscope to optimize reach and impact. Together we coordinated responsibilities to enhance the Northwood University brand.
