Manage the operation of Barclay Damon’s Eastern Region comprised of over 200 attorneys and staff in the firm’s Albany, Boston, Elmira, New York City, Syracuse, and Watertown offices. • Directly responsible for budgeting, payroll, hiring, on-boarding, exit procedures, performance evaluation, policy adherence, conflict resolution, and morale improvement events for 60 support staff and professionals across the six office locations. • Collaborate with firm leadership and executives to develop and implement key administrative model initiatives focused on support efficiency, process automation, and paper reduction.

• Provided oversight and direction to a team of over 150 experts dedicated to the administration of the Deepwater Horizon (DWH) Economic and Property Damages Settlement in the BrownGreer New Orleans, LA and Richmond, VA law offices.• Served as a liaison between BrownGreer headquarters in Richmond and Gulf Coast operations in New Orleans by assisting in the launch and eventual closure of DWH Site Offices throughout the Gulf Region from 2012-2016.• Partnered with attorneys, analysts, and programmers to develop training, testing, and orientation materials for both the Gulf Coast Claims Facility (GCCF) and the DWH Settlement.
