Running the social media accounts for a student property company.

I was employed to run the social media for a club night run by Voodoo Events. Skint Thursday's (Held at Space Leeds) is a predominately student based night - made appealing by their on trend music and cheap drinks. My role is to promote this night across instagram, creating engaging, appealing and amusing content that both boosts the night awareness and attract students/club goers to attend. This results in me creating a range of content; from "hype" videos/reels that creates an exciting atmosphere on the page, through to humorous edits of club photos in order to give the page personality.

As a form of brand promotion and brand awareness I am employed to visit customer dense locations in order to establish, promote and encourage the consumption of Jimmy's Iced Coffee throughout the Leeds area. This involves a strong costumer relationship in order to ensure the brand I am promoting sticks with them and results in further sales in the future.

I worked for a student property app based in Leeds. I am responsible for both media production and management. Creating engaging content on both social media and in-person at promotional events. This role has allowed me to deploy my creative flair in a professional capacity as I consider relevant societal matters and convert them into tools to promote the app. To achieve this, I have had to work in a team to create content and develop my excellent communication skills with both employers and members of the public. I have developed my ability to work to a tight deadline – I was responsible for data collection and logging prior to launch.
