Worked for my school's IT walk-up support desk open to students and staff, called the Technology Commons.Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with laptops, using an electronic ticketing system, providing exceptional customer service and working closely with a team.

Full-time temporary summer position where I worked with the school's IT/AV team.Responsibilities included putting together "carts" for classrooms that hold different equipment used by instructors, cable management, running cables through ceilings and walls, rewiring some equipment, re-heading DTP cables when needed. Our team set up any technology equipment used in classrooms, which included lots of Extron equipment, so I have a lot of Extron-related experience.
