As a graduate of the NSU’s Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling program and now in pursuit of his Doctorate in Industrial Organization Psychology, William Barney exercises communication, critical thinking skills, and mindfulness in the contribution to team efforts and organizational improvements. William is open-minded and focused on new developments in the Mental and Human Resources field and is continually improving and expanding his knowledge through continued education and being in various training. William has proven to be practical and motivational, with proficiency in decision-making and collaborative work. William enjoys brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal within a team.
