Proctoring and grading exams, organizing and leading problem sessions and office hours for 400+ students, answering student questions, and facilitating communication between instructor and students.

Conducting molecular dynamics simulations of intrinsically disordered proteins, most prominently the C-Terminal domain of RNA polymerase II. Interacting with Unix shell functionality (Bash, ssh, etc.), and analyzing simulation data with Python.

Duties include isolation of tRNA, transformation and preparation of plasmids, growth of bacterial colonies, and development and implementation of methods specific to the prior project.

Supervised and coordinated a large (30+) group of campers (9 to 11 years of age) during daily activities.
