Architect and Expert Witness Architectural Design Since July 1984, I have operated as an independent consultant in the following sectors:DomesticI specialise in the residential field of design with a portfolio that includes new houses, both for developer and private clients, extending in size from small holiday bungalows through to large one-off family houses in the £1m plus bracket together with housing schemes of town houses.I also have extensive experience with the design and management of house conversion and refurbishment projects for clients in the Central London area and the south-east region, including a large number of Listed buildings, together with the design and construction of numerous extensions and alterations with contract values ranging from £15,000 to £800,000.
