Manage a team of Electrical, Instrumentation and CEM technicians to maintain a 230mw power plant. Build and manage a preventive Maintenance program to include short and long term planning and outage planning. Manage and maintain generators and 230kv switch yard/GSUs, 4160 breaker maintenance and Protective relay upgrades and maintenance. Supervise I/C/E technicians and CEM techs to maintain boiler and steam turbine instrumentation and MK 6 and Delta V automation platforms.

Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical Foreman Manage a 16 person crew, responsible for the inspection, pm, and repair of all controls, instrumentation, and provide electrical support for both coal and gas fired boilers and GE turbines. Also responsible for maintaining State monitoring emissions equipment and performing calibrations of wastewater plant instrumentation. Also provide support for the process engineer in updating and programming Foxboro and Allen Bradley control systems.

Manage a 16 person crew, responsible for the inspection, pm, and repair of all controls, instrumentation, and provide electrical support for both coal and gas fired boilers and GE turbines. Also responsible for maintaining State monitoring emissions equipment and performing calibrations of wastewater plant instrumentation. Also provide support for the process engineer in updating and programming Foxboro and Allen Bradley control systems. Also responsible for stack and plant elevator pm's and repairs.

Responsible for operations of the gypsum dewatering plant and industrial wastewater treatment plant, including preventive and scheduled maintenance, plant operations, material handling, and lab testing procedures.

Responsible for Pm and repair of airline equipment nationwide, such as Passenger loading bridges, Preconditioned air units, 400 hz ground power units, and baggage handling systems to include conveyor systems and imaging systems.

Responsible for supervision of the third shift maintenance crew, implementing a strong preventive maintenance program. Manages all repairs of production equipment, ammonia refrigeration systems, boiler and chiller systems, mixing and batching controls, Industrial ovens, check weighing, labeling and packaging systems, electric and fuel operated lift trucks and waste water systems. Pm administrator.

 Responsible for supervision of the third shift maintenance crew, implementing a strong preventive maintenance program. Manages all repairs of production equipment, ammonia refrigeration systems, boiler and chiller systems, mixing and batching controls, Industrial ovens, check weighing, labeling and packaging systems, electric and fuel operated lift trucks and waste water systems. Conduct and oversee PM’s and repairs of ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems, wastewater treatment plant, conveyor systems, and all industrial equipment involved with processing sealing and packing of Smithfield products

Responsible for overall repair of aircraft, machines and ground equipment pertaining to operation of all airport activities, such as passenger loading bridges, baggage handling systems, ground power units, and support equipment, Establishing a P.M. program and managing parts ordering and inventory.

Responsible for overall repair of machines and equipment pertaining to production such as bucket elevators, mixing screws, silo transfer systems, batching equipment and controls, palletizers, depalletizers, stretch wrap machines, heavy industrial lift trucks, front end loaders and construction equipment. Manage a pm program and managing parts ordering and inventory.

 Responsible for overall repair of machines and equipment pertaining to production such as bucket elevators, mixing screws, silo transfer systems, batching equipment and controls, palletizers, depalletizers, stretch wrap machines, heavy industrial lift trucks, front end loaders and construction equipment. Manage a pm program and managing parts ordering and inventory.

Responsible for plant maintenance and equipment repair witch includes saws, conveyers, forklifts, trucks, tractor and trailer. P.M. programs for equipment and parts inventory.

Responsible for the design, sale, and construction of home improvement projects witch included decks, fences, and patios.

Responsible for diagnosis and repair of all late model Chrysler cars and trucks. Mechanical and electrical.

Responsible for diagnosis and repair of die cast and milling machines, Mechanical and electrical. P.M. and repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC’s and fabrication.

Responsible for P.M. and repair of FA 18 Hornet and related support equipment. Responsible for repair of mobile generators and hydraulic purification equipment and gas turbine compressors. Extra Curricular Activities Motorcycles, Racing, Computers/Technology.
