In this role, I work with homeowners during their times of great stress after sometimes devasting damage has occurred to their homes. I also communicate with field adjusters and analyze their reports and estimates. When needed, I assign vendors for additional inspection. This role also requires me to interpret insurance policies and see that any claim decision is in line with the requirements and language of the given policy.

At Aspen Dental, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical and front staff teams. I am directly involved in the financial success of the practice by making sure patients have a full understanding of their treatment plans and assisting them with financial options for scheduling and completing treatment. I also manage ordering and overhead for the practice.

In this position, I work directly with customers to resolve service related issues and coordinate suitable solutions that can be coordinated with various local operations and transportation teams. I am the team lead in this position for my assigned region and oversee agents in multiple states servicing customers throughout the central United States.

In this position, I worked as part of a small team and ensured proper procedures were being followed with the safe handling and care of customer physical media tapes. I also worked directly with customers to communicate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and other miscellaneous issues. In addition to being Coordinator and having leadership responsibilities, I was also the trainer for my facility and ensured new hires were properly trained and long time employees were up to date in mandatory training updates.

As an Imaging Specialist, I was responsible for the safe handling and processing of physical customer records to electronic images and transferring them to customer contacts. On occasion, I would also assist in pulling records and boxes from our records center warehouse.

As a store manager with Blockbuster Video, I had numerous duties. In addition to face to face interactions with customers, where I would process transactions and upsell Blockbuster loyalty programs, I also had the responsibility of hiring and training my own staff. I also conducted physical inventories and maintained inventory reports.
