I manage RCRA Corrective Action (CA) environmental remediation projects for Stericycle at six active and closed company facilities in Washington State, Texas, and Nevada. This includes quarterly and biannual groundwater monitoring programs at several Stericycle facilities. In addition, I direct the work of six engineering firms supporting Stericycle on various CA projects. The work entails management of site investigations, feasibility studies, engineering design, and the management and ongoing operation of groundwater remediation systems. I manage Stericycle technical staff on investigation, remediation, and groundwater monitoring activities. For all these sites, I oversee budget expenditures, environmental reporting, public outreach, and correspondence with local, state and federal regulatory agencies. In addition, I establish annual budgets and provide financial analysis in the development of corporate reserves. Finally, I've assisted in the preparation of RCRA Part B permit renewal applications and I conduct corporate audits of company owned RCRA facilities for TSDF Permit and BMP compliance.

Managed environmental investigations and remediation projects for numerous real estate development and architectural firms, private industry, and for local, county and federal agencies. Conducted risk assessments at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.

Conducted environmental investigations and risk assessments for industrial clients and for federal agencies including the EPA Region 10 and the BLM.

Conducted environmental investigations and managed remedial projects for industrial clients and the EPA, Regions 1, 2 and 10. Conducted enforcement inspections for EPA Regions 2 and 10 persuant to the Medical Waste Tracking Act and the Asbestos NESHAP regulations. Authored two guidance documents regarding the Asbestos NESHAP program for EPA headquarters.

Conducted environmental site assessments and asbestos surveys for industrial clients and private school systems in Massachusetts.

Managed the hazardous waste management program for the Medical / Dental schools and conducted laboratory safety inspections and related safety engineering services for all of Northwestern's graduate school programs, including the Medical and Dental schools.
