Led 152 Enlisted Sailors in professional and personal growth during execution of mission objectives. Partner with industry to meet Naval Aviation Enterprise Ready-for-Tasking at improved efficiency and reduce cost by providing world class aviation support, repair, overhaul of engines, airframes, components, and aircraft launch and recovery systems.

Provide technical and field engineering technical assistance and instruction to Naval aviation activities worldwide in the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of aviation systems and equipment. Led seven Civil Service and two (DOD) Department of Defense Contractor personnel in support of the Naval Aviation Enterprise. Directly manage and oversee Government minor property and Government Travel Crédit Card.

Maintenance Control Chief Petty Officer, Flight Deck Coordinator, Safe for Flight, and Phase Coordinator. Led and directed 200 personnel from 13 work centers performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 11 F/A-18C aircraft

Perform functional checks on aircraft engines; perform engine performance measurements; troubleshoot aircraft engines and associated parameters; inspect engines and engine related components; troubleshoot and repair engine electrical and pneumatic components; inspect, replace, and rig components of engine power control systems; troubleshoot, repair, and adjust auxiliary power units; clean, inspect, and replace rotary head assemblies; conduct corrosion control inspections; remove corrosion and repair in accordance with published directives; dispose of hazardous material in accordance with OSHA directives; and be able to use computers to access maintenance publications, supply part requisitions, schedules, and tracking.
