Construction Critical Facilities Engineer
CurrentSoftware databases knowledge BIM 360 field, ProCore, Oracle P6, Microsoft Smart sheets and Windows suite of products. -Adhere to Facebook safety standards -Assist the COM and Construction CFM in completing the Handover Checklist. -Submit design/construction/commissioning issues in BIM 360 field-Observe, to the maximum extent possible, Level II/Level III Pre-Energization Inspections. -Observe, to the maximum extent possible, FPT activities. Coordinate with the construction CFM and SME teams to cover as many events as possible.-Participate in equipment inspections and other commissioning events-Provide Punch Walk inputs into BIM 360F to ensure quality turnover following FPT activities. Provide meeting coverage and adequate note-taking of Commissioning and Turnover meetings, inabsence of the CFM.-Identify design inadequacies. Work with the applicable discipline SME to write a Design Changesuggestion. Follow through using the DCIS process.-Work with the MPC to ensure BIM 360 field equipment data meets the operational teams needs for turnoverdocumentation. -Assist the FSM and IBOS team as needed to order tooling and equipment spares. -Work with the FacOps Site Startup Team to coordinate testing support, documentation reviews, and best practices to aid future builds and sites.-Review Construction MOPs assigned by the Construction CFM for accuracy and impact to critical components and redundancy in the operational spaces. Work with peer CFEs, SMEs, and CFMs to lead Construction MOPS in operational and turned over spaces. -Review existing and develop new SOPs/MPs for maintenance work that will be required post-turnover. Review all BIM 360F ready-to-inspect issues in Facebook/FacOps court prior to turnover.
