I am a Business Analyst, Training Specialist, and Desktop Support Specialist and my passion is helping solve team mates’ problems to achieve success. I do this by being tenacious to achieve results by actively including all stakeholders, gathering facts, and making excellent, quick decisions given my analytical background. I have been successful at achieving results because I grasp the complex and turn it into smaller chunks of easily understandable tasks and follow-up with each team member to resolve issues. What’s unique about me and my approach is that I effectively manage risk, costs, communication and collaborate with developers and business units to achieve success within a specified time frame.
