Mission Planning IPT Lead supporting TacMobile/PMW-750/NIWC LANT. Provide for all Tactical Decision Aides, required data bases, and all associated software products necessary for P-8A mission execution for both USN and all FMS cases.

Senior Program Manager: Manages and directs TacMobile Land-Based Maritime Command, Control, Communication, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) systems project efforts supporting the Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center in Patuxent River, MD and associated business development opportunities. Routinely review marketing opportunities, develop business strategies, and proposal development and presentation. Manages multiple subcontractors ensuring that Delivery Orders, funding and execution is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner.

International Business development and execution: Supervise staff of senior managers regarding government/SPAWAR Foreign Military Sales (FMS) working with Japan, Norway, S. Korea, Pakistan and Taiwan for Maritime Air and other unique maritime air systems. Provide engineering and management for multiple interoperability projects with Naval Air (NAVAIR) Systems Command, including P-8A associated engineering and development and bi-lateral projects with Japan’s newly developed P-1 Maritime Patrol Aircraft.

- Operations Officer, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing FIVE• U.S. Navy’s Active Fleet Program Manager for the $120M Broad Area Maritime Surveillance – Demonstrator (BAMS-D) program. Directly responsible for all logistics, training, test & evaluation, and mission execution & effectiveness of Navy’s Global Hawk assets, support gear and workforce to include active duty, government service, and contractor personnel. Global Hawk Mission Commander.• Navy’s lead agent for global operational implementation, logistics, security procedures, and training for the Littoral Surveillance RADAR System (LSRS) encompassing four continents and including nearly 3,000 personnel of varied professional and analytical backgrounds. Currently manages efforts focused on TacMobile C4I system install associated with the Advanced Airborne System (AAS). OIC FSU-5.

• US representative/delegate to NATO Maritime Capabilities Group 4 (MCG-4) and Sub-Group 42 consisting of nine NATO member nations focused on interoperability of Maritime Air assets with Command ground centers. Furthermore, participated in Study Group 145 for establishing Airborne-Automatic Identification System shared data and data base assets and Study Group 166 for NATO Common Maritime Patrol Aircraft.• Extensive experience in program and project management, requirements definition, analysis, specification development, operation, and technical coordination of U.S. Navy, Joint, and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) command, control, and management information systems. • Pentagon Naval Air Systems Command account analysts / ACAT program manager/Resource Officer (RO) for Acquisition, Research & Development Systems covering emerging technologies, weapons & sonobuoy programs, and Tactical Support Center infrastructure budgets in excess of $900M.
