About William (Bill) Davis

Bill Davis is a Vice President and Senior Partner in IBM's Federal Consulting organization, where he leads the Enterprise Strategy consulting practice. His mission is to assist government clients in envisioning their aspirational future and orchestrating their transformational agendas to achieve enhanced organizational outcomes. He is responsible for offering and solution development, delivery excellence, go-to-market strategy and talent development. Bill previously served as the Program Executive overseeing sales and delivery for all of IBM’s consulting engagements with headquarters Air Force organizations. For his efforts, Bill was named IBM’s Public Sector Project Manager of the Year.Prior to joining IBM, Bill worked as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers; an independent consultant for large-city mayoral offices, automotive firms, and an employee benefits advisory group; a team member in the White House Office of Speechwriting; a writer for a daily newspaper in Chicago; and a marketing specialist for the nation’s largest association management firm. He has taught an undergraduate course at Northwestern University on the role of presidential communication in driving transformational change, lectured Harvard graduate students on microeconomics, and presented to the President of the United States, Congressmen, Mayors and C-Suite executives.
