Warrior Construction Services (WCS) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business pursuing partnering opportunities with larger corporations in the construction field. In addition to contracting, WCS will offer Construction Management services such as estimating, inspections, expert testimony, claim preparation/valuation services and contract negotiations.

I had the privelege of serving as Principal Chief of a group of Cherokee people in Georgia who are the descendants of families who were recognized by the legislature in 1839 as having the right to stay within the state. I was one of the original petitioners of the Bureau of Indain Affairs to recognize a separate federal band in Georgia. We, the Executive Committee and Council, worked diligently to help record and preserve the true history of our Cherokee ancestors and to help the general public realize that there are many people who are of Indian descent presently living in Northeast Georgia. I authored the Georgia legislative act that gave state recognition to Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokee Indians, Inc.

As Executive Director, my responsibilities to the five elected commissioners were to manage the entire operations of a state agency with 140 state personnel. There were three divisions within the Public Service Commission, the Administrative Division which I supervised personally, the Utilities Division which I managed through a director and the transprotation division which I also managed through a director.The Commission's principle resposibilities were to regulate the production and distribution of electricity,natural gas and telecommunications to the consumers of Georgia.The other major function of the Commission was to regulate the safety of the trucking industry with special responsibility for the regulation of transportation of hazardous materials by truck.We were able to computerize the commission and carry out all of our mandated responsibilities without exceeding our appropriated budget for three consecutive years.

Served as Chair of Ways and Means Committee. Served on National Committee of State Legislators, Education Commision of the States, National Council of Native American Legislators, Southern Regional Education Board

We shared the various education innovations that were being succesful accross the South in order to consider legislation that would benefit the children of the entire region.

Our mandate was to facilitate better working relationships between the various Native American tribes and the states within whose boundaries the reservations were located.

During my hostile fire assignment to the US Army 2nd and 7th Divisions on the DMZ in Korea, I managed an S3 section as well as serving as team leader for the Quick Reaction Strike Force. As team leader, my job was always to be prepared to reinforce any of our rifle companies who had made hostile fire contact with the North Korean Army. Having the honored privelege of being Top Secret cleared, I carried the safe combinations to all the brigade war plans in my head. I was a Platoon Sargeant for the headquarters company for the 4th Brigade of the 2nd Infantry Division. I also served as Brigade Headquaters traning NCO and with the Psycholgical Warfare Unit.
