As a dedicated mental health and addiction professional, I leverage my personal experience with addiction to support and guide my clients at a men's residential treatment center. I specialize in facilitating transformative therapy sessions in both one-to-one settings as well as group therapy to provide direction and help clients overcome the barriers caused by addiction to build healthier futures.

Owner/Operator

I was the owner/operator of a highly successful Mr. Sub franchise in Oshawa, Ontario. I successfully opened and ran a brand-new location and utilized my skills and education to maintain high levels of sales. I hired, trained, and supervised all staff creating an environment that met and exceeded corporate expectations. I was able to build this successful endeavor through proper business practices that included food and labour cost controls, forecasting of sales, and excellent customer service until I sold the business in 2013.

I worked with Chrysler in the Burlington and GTA area for 9 years and was recognized as a top 100 producer in Canada. My people skills allowed me to accel in a position that I loved and was a sales manager for 4 years. My ability to relate to people and provide them with honest, dedicated service allowed me to maintain an above 30% closing ratio as well as create a large network of returning customers. I was also awarded Gold standard certification for customer satisfaction. As a floor sales manager, I was responsible for ensuring that sales targets were attained and all customer issues were handled to mutual satisfaction while protecting the integrity and bottom line of the dealerships.
