I am moving into a product training role helping the L&D department train the new and existing ski boot fitters for Snow and Rock. Passing on my knowledge is something I am proud of and I hope to assist Snow and Rock in achieving a successful winter season and developing the skills and expertise of our ski boot fitters.

Managing the ski and snowboard hardware department in the largest store within the company. Ensuring staff are trained to the highest standards to provide the best service to our consumer as well as leasing with the buying and merchandising teams to make sure we have adequate stock levels distributed across the business. My role also involves money handling, key holding and day to day running of the shop in conjunction with the store manager and assistant manager.

Began ski boot fitting part time and quickly found a passions for wanting to develop my skis and knowledge as a boot fitter. Understanding the biomechanics of the human body and how it reacts with a ski boot interests me and still to this day one of the most exciting times of year is seeing the new product being released.
