As a Field Engineer, I perform annuals, semi annuals, and troubleshooting problems on UPS systems and DC Plants. I work closely with several customers and have built up a strong level of communications with the customers in my area. I feel as though having this level of communication is vital to my work. I just got back from Texas where I was trained on the Toshiba 1600's, 4200's, 4300's, and G8000's. I am now factory trained and authorized to work on these 3 products.
