I established Tectona Holdings LLC in 2008, focusing initially on house flipping, owner-financed home sales, and managing a single-family rental portfolio. I spearheaded accounting, cash flow management, acquisitions, sales, and construction projects. In 2018, I transitioned the company to exclusively manage rental inventory assets leased to RideShare Carz, streamlining operations for sustained growth and stability.

As a part owner, I played a key role in various facets of the business, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our operations. Over the years, I held multiple roles, including Construction Project Manager, Construction Estimator, Construction Trainer, and Construction Manager. Each position allowed me to contribute significantly to our projects and the company's growth.
