I am a hard working and dedicated Project Coordinator and Organizational Psychology graduate with impeccable leadership, organizational, and communication skills. I seek to apply these skills to situations that arise within an organization so that a solution can be achieved in which not only does the organization benefit, but the employees as well. I am also a life and financial coach that has a real understanding of individuals and their needs. My open-mindedness and interpersonal skills are very beneficial in assisting individuals and organizations reach desired goals that they set. I feel there is never a goal that is too high to reach and we must set the bar high or we may miss what really is our calling in life; this applies to organizational goals as well. If an organization wants to excel, they must be able to evaluate what they have now and then set a goal of what they want to achieve, with a specific date in mind, and look to make progressive moves to reach that goal.
