Account Management· Building relationships with portfolio of clients· Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies· Develop a good understanding of clients, their requirements and liaise with all active candidates to cover all shift requests,· Service calling all clients on a daily basis to ensure their outstanding shift requirements are fulfilled· Scheduling and confirming client visits on a regular basis with both new and existing clients for the London office team· Search and match suitable 247 Lifeline candidates to outstanding temporary shifts/vacancies at portfolio of clients· Calling all candidates on a daily basis to complete availability for the week ahead· Ensure all bookings and availability is correctly entered on Tempest Booking Platform.· Assist the finance team with any timesheets queries where required.· Ensure high levels of customer service is achieved and maintained at all times.· Meet and exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis as assigned by management. Recruitment/Resourcing · Identify staffing shortages and requirements within allocated portfolio area.· Utilize various job listing websites, social media, referral schemes and other mediums to source required candidates.· Schedule and confirm interviews with potential candidates to attend face to face interview with the London office.· Prepare all necessary registration documents for the London consultants for the interview process.· Ensure all documentation is correctly uploaded onto the Tempest Platform.· Ensure you have a full up to date understanding of the NHS compliance and Regulations.· Ensure candidates that get passed for clearance are that of above standards and in line with NHS.
