Experiences in and out of the hospital growing up has given me a deep respect and admiration for healthcare professionals that comforted me and chose to treat the patient first. With a background in construcion and various other jobs, I've had to develop a work ethic of self motivation and persistence which is essential for my future career as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Mission: My mission is to promote healing in the most effective manner following evidence-based practice. Applying proven methods of care and doing everything to improve patient outcomes and comfort levels to promote healing.Vision: My vision is to become an experienced nurse by learning from personal experience and that of others.
