Focused Conservation Solutions (FCS) is a United States registered (Florida nonprofit corporation) whose goal is to reduce the illicit market of wildlife trafficking through purposeful conservation solutions. These resolutions are directed toward building capacity of government and non-government agencies whose mandate is to investigate wildlife crime. FCS personnel offer unique skills that target illicit trafficking organizations by providing consultation, training, mentoring and analytical skills to entities. FCS leadership has over twenty years of proven strategic experience operating globally, building international investigations, mentoring host nation counterparts and developing investigative capacity by building small elite vetted law enforcement units. FCS has the necessary skills and personnel to assist NGOs, private donors and government agencies with administering their funds in a more efficient and direct manner.
