Manage two residential complexes of first year students and an off campus complex of non-traditional students. Oversee the day to day operations of each complex, including the supervision of 16 undergraduate staff. Actively participate in emergency on-call rotations for the safety and security of all complexes. Manage all conduct related cases and interventions for the Department of Residence life, collaborate with campus partners such as Safety and Dean of Students to ensure the proper discharge of any and all adjudications. Serve as an active member of the University CARE team.

I currently co-supervise a Freshman area of 400+ residents and a staff of eight resident assistants. I serve in an emergency on-call duty rotation for 6000 students throughout the housing system. During my day to day operation of my buildings, I hear judicial conduct cases, hold one on one meetings, advise student organizations and serve on various committees throughout the department and University. I also supervise and manage a residential desk for freshmen campus, managing keys and records for 23 living centers.
