Also managed the worldwide training of all new intelligence equipment and the training development of 29 intelligence Systems. Responsible for intelligence support, intelligence architecture development, personnel security operations, industrial security operations, technology protection and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance requirements validation and counterintelligence within the organization. Identified and defines intelligence related capability gaps in support of current and future missions.

Supervised a 31 person civilian and military workforce to provide strategic and operational level intelligence plans, all source analysis, intelligence knowledge management, intelligence systems support, and maintenance of intel architectures for both stateside based and forward deployed Special Operations Forces. Coordinated full-spectrum intelligence support and Title 10 activities with the Department of the Army, US Special Operations Command, and the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence. Supervised management of Intel programs of record valued at over $163 million and intelligence training activities funded annually with over three million dollars.
