Provides human resources direction and acts as an HR consultant to the organization. Serve as first level HR supervisor for entire facility. Plans, schedules, and administers human resources policies, programs and practices in compliance with corporate objectives: including policy and procedures, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee benefits, environmental, health and safety, organizational development and training, payroll, employee relations, affirmative action, and risk management. Develop/maintain recruiting programs that provide a qualified salaried and hourly candidate workforce of 115 personnel. Serve as benefits counselor for all assigned personnel.
