Following a restructuring in the customer journey I became a 'mortgage only' broker in 2020. I've now been with the company for for over 9 years, and consistently amongst the best performing advisors, in this time completed over 3,000 applications with over 2,500 of which ultimately paying, resulting in paid business of near £2,000,000, whilst also holding the office record for the most applications within a calendar month.

Working within the BT cancelations team. I was Initially handling calls for existing customers looking to cancel their service or move to a new provider, mainly targeted on 'retaining' said customers with additional focus on up-selling products too. After being consistently amongst the top performers in the company, I was moved to a team specifically calling customers already in process of switching provider, with the goal being changing their mind, again targeted on retaining and upselling - but with higher reward due to the increased difficulty of client base.
