I lead Grainger Canada's Legal Team through the day-to-day challenges associated with running our business in a highly competitive and challenging environment. - Practice areas covering all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on assisting private companies in mergers and acquisitions, financing, private equity, commercial contracting and other corporate matters.
