Current• Configure, update and test Cisco and Polycom hardware codecs. Took up a leading role in Zoom admin and video conferencing research to find best solutions and fixes/updates/etc. Led ongoing Zoom troubleshooting call during Covid19 outbreak to fix and escalate high priority issues involving patient care. Setup video conferences for high priory events such as: set up and initiated a video conference to Italy involving a surgery shown on 2 different screens. Daily checks, investigations, and logs of all systems.• Create a new comprehensive process for on boarding a new conference/meeting space. Create naming conventions for labeling rooms/equipment. Create documents for video conferencing differences, processes, and uses. Facilitated installs of important equipment involving patient care such as: create a space with 6 monitors to show an ultrasound image from one of 6 corresponding ultrasound machines. AV systems Zoom and Harman Media Suite monitoring and updating. Attended InfoComm convention to learn AV trends and new technology. Samsung Digital signage presentations. Newline presentations.
